3MG Entertainment recording artist K-Major has announced details of his hugely anticipated mixtape. "The MAJORity Rules" - which includes the hit single, "My Song" - arrives in streets and online on September 11th.

"My Song" is shaping up to be a breakout hit for the ATL-based rapper/musician/producer, earning both immediate acclaim and popular success. The track has ascended to the top of mixtapes and playlists with 2,358 single units sold to date.

Having spent much of this year sharing stages with such like-minded artists as Lil Twist, Swazy Baby, Lloyd, F.L.Y, Juney Boomdata, K-Major will herald the release of "The MAJORity Rules Mixtape" with a full-scale southeastern promotional tour consisting of the Black College Football Tour, The American Cancer Society Awareness Tour, etc. The dates begin Wednesday, September 8th at Woodland High School, Wildcat Auditorium and continues through early December (see attached www.ilike.com/artist/kmajor).

One of hip-hop's most unique and exciting young artists, K-Major has quickly drawn a bounty of rapturous critical applause. In its 2010 "Whos Got Next" feature, Slip n Slide Records celebrated the rapper's "versatility."

Born Kendricke DeMond Brown, K-Major is already a significant force in Southern hip-hop, having captured underground interest with a variety of artist features, while he was still attending high school.

Indie artist K-Major is getting closer and closer to making 'the whole world say this is my song.' His single 'My Song' has hit the top 30 on the Independent Music Network's mainstream music charts. The Independent Music Network breaks new artist by giving them an outlet to have their music played. Real fans vote for songs, not record executives, and determine what songs get played without all the politics.

3MG Entertainment released the single 'My Song' a little over a month ago and so far, the response from music listeners to DJs has been extremely positive. If the feedback he has received off the single is any indication of his fan appeal, then wait until his freshman album 'The MAJORity Rules' is released.
